Does you want that book in English? That would be "hard"! For "trade books", I am not sure what that is, but Egmont Sveeden tried a bunch of small pockets, reduced page size, with best stories, but they sold bad!
Egmont Norway is publishing hardcover books all the time, and have so far come up with the "best" of stories with every Phantom in the line, 20 vol. and are continuing to put out HC books with stories from the start of Fantomet!
These days we get a McCoy special and two years ago we had a Moore special!
The sad story, for you, is the price and the language!! 
In short, the marked is very good for HC books in Noway just now!
