If we're talking about Robin Hood and King Arthur, then we must bring up Prince Valiant as well!

I'd buy it!
You like the AVENGER, right TCH? I've found something that you may like to have a look at...

Prince Valiant would be pretty sweet, Ticktock! There's just something about Medieval stories that I love. I mean they have it all; bravery, damsels in distress, sword fights, adventure, and the list goes on. Oh boy I'm getting dizzy just thinking about it;p
Moonstone acquired the rights for another two pulp characters: The Avenger and Captain Midnight!! Yay! cool
The Avenger!?
Very cool!

I've heard of Captain Midnight, but don't know much about him. Keep meaning to pick up the cliffhanger serial.

Anybody else see all those pulp characters Moonstone has and keep thinking there needs to be a 'League of Pulp Gentlemen' mini in the future?

I didn't think about it, but it sounds like a cool idea!! thumbs up

New thought for Moonstoners:
I noticed that Wildstorm has gotten the comic rights to Freddy and Jason and was thinking, what famous monsters would make a good adition to the Moonstone stable?

I like the monster one shots, but I'm trying to think of a monster that could sustain a series.
Dark Horse has the Universal guys last I knew, as well as Alien and Predator.

Any thoughts? I'm coming up blank.

I suddenly got this crazy idea in my head that some kind of story to do with Ancient Mythology would be cool. You know, the whole 12 tasks of Hercules [or whatever it was called], something to do with the old Egyptian Gods. I was watching this show on the History Channel the other day to do with the Egyptian Gods and stuff and I caught my self being drawn into their world.

Anyone else like this idea?
Retelling of myths would be cool, as well as some historical adventure.

Jason and the Argonuats would make a cool comic.

Or there must be some historical characters out there Alan Moore hasn't already snagged for LoEG...?

another brainstorm ( collect them all)

DC has been doing those split book minis ( Mystery in Space and Tales of the Unexpected. Both highly recommended) and I was thinking how Moonstone has all these great characters that got a one shot and we never saw again.

A splitbook( or even a big anthology like the old DC Adventure comics, though that sounds greedy) would be a great way to put more of the second tier guys in the spotlight.

There could be a Noir split book, a western and even a monster one.

Just a thought.
