If you read comics for 30 years then you won't say that. And particulary if you have a special interst in the character, then it is possible to read within 5 minutes (22 pages is not a long one).
Thanks for your comment. Please don't take my message as an offence.
You Dougy are an artist so you spend more time looking at the artwork were I know book worms who just read the words and not worry about the artwork as much and hence read it really quick.
Although that is true to a point, I also concentrait on the text. I feel a good comic is a harmony between text and art so both should be given equal attention.
Just finished reading it. While it dosen't, IMO, get an "exilent" raiting, it is very, very good. A complete review will be posted on ChronicleChamber.com shortly for those interested.
Fairly balanced review, Dougy. I have read yours as well, Germ, and it was a bit brief. What are we to make of Miguel and Carlos? And the tigers taking Devil's place? For instance.
I have just managed to get my hands on a copy, and I did not think it was that bad a Phantom story. I hope the pace picks up in part 2, since we only have 22 pages left of it. I am curious about the use of tigers in Africa. I don't think the art was that poor.
I am beginning to think that there might be a reason for Miguel and Carlos trading places in part one, and here is obviously the right place to ask if this is the case.
