I'd like to read the rest of this series I preordered it but have yet to see any more than the first issue. My dealer says its not out yet. Is it late or did he miss it?

Don't know what went wrong there Richv1, issues #2 and #3 of the "Frankenstein Agenda" have been out many months.
If you can't find them at your LCS, you could always order them online from the Moonstone webstore:
