Just got in my order of Moonstone comics, so they'll be reviews drifting in and they'll probabably all be about stuff everyone else read months ago.

Really enjoyed this one shot. I'd heard of the radio show but never managed to hear an episode, so the little history was interesting.

Story had a nice old fashioned noir PI feel to it, the humor never felt forced and I loved the captions keeping us updated on Johnny's expense account.

Hopefully we'll see more of Johnny in the future.

I didn't get this one, but I'd love to see more work by David Gallaher. He's a great guy to know - even though I know him only through the internet.

And may I recommend to you Steven Grant and Tom Mandrake's Pat Novak for Hire? Senile detectives are dangerous, too. I think you're going to love it.

I was hoping to get Pat Novak too, but only had a limited amount of cash and wanted to catch up on the Cisco Kid minis.

It's on the list for next time. I've enjoyed most of the noir titles and keep hoping for follow up minis or one shots.
