Are the Moonstone Phantom books ever going to be collected in tpb's? In my area the Phantom books are hard to come by. The only reason I got my hands on the Phantom annual is because a recent business trip took me to Minneapolis and a larger market that carried Phantom books.
It would really save me a lot of hassle if they'd collect these things after 6 or 7 issues.

Same goes for me. It would be wonderful if Moonstone could release TPs a little more frequently.
TPBs would be cool. With all the one shots that were out before the ongoing it can get a little crazy trying to track them all down.
Heck, I'd even settle for B+W 'Essential' style books.
Yeah, sure, the Phantom's always fitted black and white well (contributes to the mystery, and that's how he was first printed, after all).
Some are already collected in the Death in the Deeps Woods trade.
A second TP is long overdue.
While we're on it, wouldn't it be a cool idea to collect the three recent special projects (Legacy, Law of the Jungle, and Man-Eaters) in one huge hardcover book? All are bloody good stories that deserve to reach wider audiences, and hardcovers would probably be sold in normal bookshops too. (I am currently reading Man-Eaters for the first time, and boy, is it great this far. Look for my thoughts on it soon)
Interesting idea, Walker. However, I propose another solution:
- The "Death in the Deep Woods" TPB collects #1–4
- For the next TPB, I suggest #7–11
- And then, a TPB that collects #5–6 and the "Man Eaters" graphic novel. This may seem a bit strange, but since "Man-Eaters" takes place right after "Damnation Game" it's pretty logical. Plus, it would be nice to have an all-Rafael Nieves volume

And of course, after that I look forward to more TPB:s collecting Mike Bullock's run from #12 and onwards. Even though I buy each issue of the comic series, I prefer to read the collected volumes. Plus, it's a great way for new readers to catch up.
Does anyone know if there are any plans for upcoming TPB:s now?
You'd have to ask the moon crew
Well, I've stopped buying monthly books so Moonstone will have to publish some trades or I'm out of the Phantom game. Too much trouble to have to keep tracking those comics down, at least in my area.
