The next time I buy a batch of comics/GN's from the Moon Shop, I'm going to be trying as many series as I can. Any recommendations?

The Moon books I've tried out have been:

The Phantom
Kolchak
Infiniteens
Wyatt Earp
Cisco Kid [both mini's]
KHAN
Buckaroo Banzai
Werewolf: Call of the Wild
Vengeance of the Mummy

I plan on trying out:
Lai Wan
Geronimo: The Last Apache Warrior
Moonstone Monsters
Robin Hood
Soulcatcher

Are the above choices any good?? Anything I I should be on the lookour for??

Thanks guysGrin
Lai Wan was a really interesting title, I hope there's more to come. It's got a little of the tv show Dead Zone, but more dramatic and serious. The art was great, too, as far as I remember! Grin

Unfortunately, I can't help you out with the other titles, as they were published before I started purchasing Moonstone titles regularly. Shifty
The Moonstone monsters one shots were fun. A bit uneven, as most anthologies can be, but the good outweighed the bad.

Gotta love those Ron Frez covers!

Thanks, TCHGrin And you're right, those covers are amazing! Not a bad one out of all of themDrool

Just chiming in with another vote for Buckaroo Banzai!
The Noir stuff has been pretty decent too.

Liked Bulldog Drummond, Mr. Moto and Johnny Dollar. Nice pulp feel to both.
I Love a mystery had good characters, but not a great story.

Boston Blackie didn't really do anything for me. They took a fun character and 'grim'ed him up.
Lance Barnes: Post Nuke Dick! Its great.
I heartily support your choice of Robin Hood and highly recommend Revisionary (with awesome art by Eric J.).

But given that I wrote 'em, I would, wouldn't I?

Revisionary was indeed awesome. Haven't read Robin Hood, though. Any new Moonstone work coming out soon, Paul? Or, generally, what have you been up to? I'm sorry to say I lose track of some creators. Shifty

Well, I've got a story in the upcoming Moonstone Monsters: Werewolves prose anthology and an installment of the Twilight Crusade (Gabriel: Angel of Destruction). Not sure on their release dates, though.

In a couple weeks, I've got Shi vs. Tenth Muse hitting the comic book shelves, with art by Nadir Balan. That was fun to do. Also, I wrote an installment of the Star Trek: Alien Spotlight series coming out this Fall, featuring the blue-skinned, antennaed Andorians. And then in ... December, I think? ... the first issue of a mini-series called The Muse, featuring a teen-aged girl who has powers similar to the Tenth Muse and all the responsibilities that go along with them.
