Last night I watched
The Prestige which stars Batman Begins stars Christian Bale and Michael Cane, as well as X-Men star, Hugh Jackman. It was a very good movie (as strange as it was...) and I highly recommend it to people who love thrillers... and magic
So, what about you?
Is Prestige a film worth watching more than once? I consider buying it.
I've been working very hard the last days, and since the weather is bad, it's great to relax with a good movie after a long day. Yesterday, I saw Young Guns (really bad), and in the last weeks, I've enjoyed re-watching classics such as Terminator 2, Die Hard with a Vengeance, Sin City, American Beauty, and Lethal Weapon.
With The Prestige, it really depends on what kind of movies you like Walker. If you're into stuff like magic, revenge and sci-fi, it's the perfect movie for you...
However, it kind of drags on a bit and it is really strange, so I would recommend you rent it out, and then decide if you want to buy it or not
Just watched Cars with my kids ( it was fun and Owen Wilson is less annoying when he's a cartoon) and a bunch of Superman cartoons ( the Bruce Timm series) really good stuff.
Also just saw Pleasentville ( Very clever with a lot of good actors.) and am working my way through the Ace Drummond serial ( no relation to Bulldog, but that would be cool. Usual 30's air ace hero, with a kid sidekick that says 'Gee' a lot fighting an evil Asian mastermind. Lots of fun)

Latest ones I've watched....um....I should say "Buckaroo Banzai" but it's actually been a few months. Definitely time to watch it again.
Latest ones I've actually watched were probably "The Gore Gore Girls" and "Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country."
Mostly I've been going thru "Special Unit 2" and recording it to DVD when nothing else is happening.
Will be watching my Friday the 13th DVDs tomorrow, of course.

Any body seen anything lately that they liked (or didn't like?).
Watched Adam Sandlers Reign Over Me last night. A vreally emotional movie, and certainly up there as one of Sandler's better movies. Sandler should definetely do more movies of this kind instead of some of that stuff he calls "comdey".
Watched Harsh Times with Christian Bale. The guy is marvelous, and is up there with Harrison Ford and Clint Eastwood when it comes to my favourite actors. Good film too.
Since it's summer vacation, and the weather is very bad, I am also tinkering with watching some of my Phantom DVDs again.
Oh, and I agree with you about Sandler's attempts at comedy, Brucey.
Then again, I tend to laugh more when watching things like Curb Your Enthusiasm, whereas all of my friends love Sandler-movies.
Watched Bad Boys ( lord, that was stupid!) and am currently going through the old Avengers series and I Spy.
My son has become a big fan of 60's spy shows.
We've been backlogged lately due to school, but are starting to catch up again. Here's our recent schedule:
