Just got done reading The Lovecraftian Horror. I must say it was a very good story. It had just the right amount of background so that those of us who are not familiar with Lovecraft would not be lost.

The wide-vision format takes a bit of getting used to. But as long as the story is engaging, any format will do. Actually, the format I like best for Kolchak is the black-&-white format used a couple of times. But the wide vision certainly can generate very striking graphics as was the case in The Lovecraftian Horror.

Congratulations to all involved with this outstanding addition to Moonstone's Kolchak line of stories. I look forward to more!

I enjoyed it as well and I agree with the widevision but after a while I started to really like how it helped the story along, I think panels would have slaow it down a bit to much. On page 24 and 25 I had the same dialogue for each page, was this in your book as well? It was great to have a comic not slaughter a Lovecraft story, the ones I have read did him no justice at all.
I finally have this in my hands. (the local comic shop is an independent and has the option of only one distributor at the moment, and I have to say... They're crud. The owner agrees. I pre-ordered this book almost 2 months ago!). I'm only up to page 64 and this has to be the best Kolchak story Moonstone has published yet! I love it, love it, love it! My only criticism? Waaaaay too many typos! And yes, the dialog skips like a broken record on page 24 and 25, but that's only the most obvious example.

Still, I LOVE the widevision format! I hope to see it more often. Thanks for doing the stuff that you do so well.
