We just finished up the Phantom story for the Moonstone Holiday Super Spectacular book and we're all really happy with the way it turned out.
The Phantom looks a little funny dressed up as Santa Claus, but whatever it takes to get the job done is just what our hero will do.

Thumbs up for the title anyway
Who are "we" and how long is the story?

"We" is Silvestre, Bob and I. The story is 12 pages.
I see there are two covers for the Holiday spacial. I LOVE the one where the Phantom is holding the Christmas tree. Also, the Phantom has dressed as Santa before, I'll try and find the image.
Mike,
Really looking for to this one coming out! Some of my favorite comics growing up were the superhero Christmas tales. Do you remember the old Neal Adams Batman tale of the kid stealing a Christmas package opening it up to find a Batman doll (sorry for you collectors out there)...uh...Action Figure (there that sounds more masculine huh?) anyway the kid returns the package back to the rightful owner and it ends with Batman dressed up as Santa Claus singing Christmas songs. Well at least that how I remember it....I was only 6 or 7 when I read it. Here I am 30 something years later and still have fond memories of it.
Take Care...

Strangely enough, I actually read that Batman story for the first time two days ago (although it didn't end up with him in a Santa outfit, it was still excellent

).
Another book to look forward to! Good job, Moonstone!!

Hi Jase25,
I've not read that story, but would love to. Anyone know what book it's in?
I read it in the Batman collection Greatest Stories Ever Told.
...or no, it's not in that book, I'm sorry. It was in a Norwegian book with Neal Adam's best Batman stories I read it. Sorry for my bad memory.
