I see that this issue will be released November 28.
Looking forward to see what readers thought about it. We have not heard a lot about the story, but the cover makes it look exciting. It should also be interesting to see Mike handle a historical adventure for the first time in his run.

It involves the 13th Phantom. A ambitious ex-Musketeers who want to remove the "ex" from their personal descriptions. One one hand it's a swashbuckling adventure, the other it's a love story. Mixed in there somewhere is some political maneuvering and personal agendas. Oh, and it showcases the artwork of the ever incredible Zeu.
I can't wait!!
I hope our distributor won't fail me with that.
And don't forget the Holiday Super Spectacular is out this week also, featuring a new Phantom story as well.

Great art, awesome story and nothing less! I wasn't reading the book previously to Mike taking over it (it was a coincidence, really: I wanted to start reading and Mike took over!), but the Phantom to me is how a superhero comic book should be written.
And, as Mike points out, don't forget to get the Holiday Super Spectacular, which includes another very good Phantom story! (I can't say I enjoyed the other stories as much, though, but this is where tastes vary, I guess.)
