Um....if I could have superpowers, what would they be....hm....
I think I would like telepathy, because damn it ,I just wish I could hear what some people were thinking sometimes, I mean I swear, where oh where did that elusive common sense go these days? Are people really as brain-dead as some of them appear to be? I'm not talking about anyone on the boards here, or even about comic book fans in general, I'm talking about the silly people I see walking the streets every day. What is going thru that large girl's mind when she puts on those spandex shorts that she shouldn't be wearing? Or that crazy dude down the street that drinks a case of bear a day, what could he be thinking? That's the kind of thing, I would like to know...
Wait a minute, on second thought telepathy would be a VERY SCARY superpower to have! Hell, Jean Gray lost her mind over it, didn't it? Ok, scratch that. I would like to have a photographic memory, yeah, that would be tres cool indeed. It would be wonderful to remember every stickin word that I read every day of my life. Or to be able to look at a map ONCE, and to be able to recollect every detail without having to drag the road atlas out again. That would be good...
Photographic memory would be so good. I'd love to have that. I reckon invisibility would be a good one.

Sorry it took me so long to respond, I've been a bit busy as of late. As far as Man Eaters goes, it has been one formatting issue after another. Let's just say we've learned a lot of lessons on this one! I believe the book is much closer than it has ever been to being printed, so fingers crossed it should be out pretty soon now. I don't want to give an exact date, because 9 out of 10 times we try to predict we are off target. The book has not been canceled, just delayed. Hopefully I will have happy news to report about a concrete ship date.

Quick question on merchandising. I attended a comic-con in Birmingham this last weekend. One individual had a broad selection of Phantom comics and some merchandise for show because this is The Phantom's 70th year after all. It really struck me that so little has been done in the merchandising area. Does Moonstone have any rights to this? If not, do you know of anyone who does?
