I quite enjoy the stories Moonstone's putting out about characters from the past, fiction and non fiction. I'm just wondering if that "Cleopatra: Queen of the Nile" story is still in the works. Also if you could convince Tom Defalco and crew to do another "Khan" story that would be great as well!

With Moonstone putting out classic pulp hero comics, I was wondering if you have any plans to ever look into The Shadow of Dick Tracy? I know IDW are putting out a Dick Tracy collection soon of the original strips so perhaps that might stuff you up there, but The Shadow?

I hope Moonstone stays away from the Shadow, because that would take away attention from the Phantom.

You reckon? I don't think it would.

Well... we hope to someday put out a nice little collection of Khan stories, so stay tuned. (I know, I say that alot, but it's really true, we haven't forgotten about Khan). Tom and Don are some of our favorite people, we can't thank them enough for all their hard work they put into that first issue. Also, I have to say that Tom and Don are also GREAT when you see them at a con, they are both "people" people, so if you see them sometime, be sure to stop by to chat, about Khan or anything else they've been up to!

Oh, how I wish we could ge our hands on the Shadow, but alas, not at this time. But you never know what might happen down the road. We never rule anything out! When buckets of money fall from the sky, The Shadow will be one of the first characters we will pick up, I promise!

Oh yes, I do. The Shadow does, fortunately ( :mrgreen: ) not have the Phantom's worldvide appeal and popularity (just love sayin' that), but he is still, somehow, a more famous character than the Phantom in the US.
Off course, when Moonstone is done with the Phantom licence, it would be cool, but not before the purple guy have been riding into the sunset with Hero for one last time.

Oops, I wasn't ignoring you, really Brucey! I did see your question, anyway, on to Cleo. Yes, we still plan on coming out with it at some point. Sometimes we just encounter occassional snags...sigh. The good news is we do have an artist hard at work on it now, so I believe issue one is coming along nicely at this point and I just saw the script for #2. Tentatively I would say Cleo #1 should be out in the first half of 2007. I know it's been a long time coming, but it's cool beautiful stuff. Another strong female character from Moonstone! And another comic brought to you by CJ Henderson, the man that brought us Lai Wan. :happy:
