I've never read any of Moonstone's western books but, over the last month or so, I've really gotten into the free comic download site wowio.com. The other day I downloaded your Wyatt Earp #1 that was listed on there and it was pretty cool; however, I was bummed that the story continued on past that issue but you don't have any of those subsequent issues available on wowio.
Now, you can say that you have the one issue on there as a sampler and, if the reader enjoyed it, he/she can track it down at their comic shop or online through Moonstone. If that's the reasoning, there is a big flaw as to the presentation: there is not a word in the pages following the story detailing whether there are further issues available or how to obtain them. Is this an ongoing series or a miniseries? Only generic ads for your other titles follow.
While that would be great to correct that, I still think you should reconsider and put the entire arc on the site. A complete tale free of charge is a much better ad for Moonstone than just the free part one. You could really be using those free downloads to pump the upcoming Wyatt Earp TPB and Cisco Kid crossover too. I think having issue #1 up there is a great start but its value to growing Moonstone Western readership could be greatly improved.
Thanks,
