While it wasn't originally planned to let some of these cats out of the bag just yet, Newsarama cornered EiC Joe Gentile to answer some questions and make some announcements regarding Moonstone and The Ghost Who Walks.
It's amazing how one can go from deep Phantom-related sadness to what feels like ultimate Phantom-happiness in the matter of minutes. EVERYTHING in this article sounds fantastic.

First, Moonstone gets to continue with the Phantom, and, even better (I hope) in a new and hopefully exciting form that sounds like it is inspired by the early Ray Moore-era, easily my favourite part of the character's history.

Two, Sy Barry doing a cover. I think I just had what I see the writers at Ain't it cool News refers to as a "geekgasm". Absolutely marvelous! It must mean he likes Silvestre's artwork (and Mike's writing, off course).

More Phantom prose! Again, this is great news. I loved the first collection. Oh, and Legacy has sold out. Also great to hear, especially for a book with such an original format.

Overally, things have gone from feeling hopeless to make me feel even better about Moonstone's Phantom work than before the entire Dynamite thing came up. I repeat, this sounds absolutely fantastic.

Keep up the great work!!!
I'm feeling much better now!
