Hey there everyone....thought it might be interesting to see what everybody on here reads. I mean I take it most of us read The Phantom, but what else you carring in that comic bag, my friend?? Might be a good way for some of us who might not try a certain book to open up to some 'Good Reads'....

So What's in the Bag Dad? or Better yet tell us your Top 10 reads? Or Heck....Tell us you 10 favorite characters.....

Personally...

I have werid taste...I grew up on a standard diet of Batman, Supes, and Spidey as a kid....every once in awhile I would grab a Hulk issue or a Captain America. Right now there is very few on going monthly comics I buy. As I got older I stopped getting a ton of monthly issue and more went for a trade paperback or hardcover (God, love Amazon.com)......but for monthly reads it's as followed.

1.) The Phantom (of course)
2.) Nexus (still waiting for the next issue)
3.) Madman (although if I have to deal with yet another origin issue, seems to get repeated every 3 or 4 issues....I KNOW IT ALREADY!)
4.) JLA (It's the kid in me missing my morning dose of Superfriends)
5.) The Green Hornet ( I know I know...there isn't an on going series, But damnit there should be....what an untapped character. Stories of a the past, present, and future Hornet are limitless. NOW comics did an amazing job, just wish someone would pick it up again. Hell give me a publisher I write them. Green Hornet is my favorite character outside The Phantom.)
6.) Captain Action (I know...only two books in, Just love the character.)
7.) Justice Society (Great Golden Age Characters, Ross Covers)
8.) Lone Ranger (I honestly do like Dynamite's take)
9.) Zorro (Again great classic character)
10.) ??? That it....I don't get any other comics. Other then a Trade Paperback or Graphic Novel here or there off Amazon.

Favorite Characters.....
1.) The Phantom
2.) Green Hornet
3.) Nexus
4.) Badger
5.) Batman
6.) Green Lantern
7.) Green Arrow (Like the Green Guy's Don't I??)
8.) Lone Ranger
9.) Zorro
10.) Captain Marvel (SHAZAM!)

Well that was fun. Looking forward to seeing everyone one else's Favorite Reads and Characters....

Are you serious Larry? That's awesome to run into another Badger fan!
Love the badger. Any one that beats up ninjas and those guys that talk too loud in movie theaters is my kind of hero!
I have the entire First run. Kind of lost interest when he got bounced between Dark Horse and Image.
Heard Image is doing a new series, but haven't felt brave enough to try it yet.

Speaking of Badger....(He's one of my favs too...listed in my top ten characters)

...And anyone who will knock the crap out of ya for stomping on ducks at the park....That your Dog Larry???

The new series isn't bad at all....little twisted....but hey so is Norbert.
